Program description

Messages may include appointment reminders, service status updates, account notices, notifications that a secure document request is available through the Aldea Services client portal, and requested service follow-up.

SMS should not be used to send Social Security numbers, ITINs, W-2s, tax documents, bank information, or other sensitive documents.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messaging. Reply HELP to request assistance.

SMS delivery and STOP/HELP keyword handling for this campaign is managed through Nextiva. Aldea Services honors opt-outs before campaigns.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Aldea Services may provide this information to service providers, such as Nextiva, solely to operate the messaging program and subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.
