This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Aldea Services handles phone numbers and SMS consent collected through website forms and documented verbal or in-person interactions.
SMS communications
Providing a telephone number does not enroll you in SMS messaging. SMS consent is optional and requires checking a separate consent box or another documented affirmative opt-in after the full SMS disclosure is presented.
When SMS consent is provided, Aldea Services may send text messages related to appointment reminders, service status updates, account notices, notifications that a secure document request is available through the Aldea Services client portal, and requested service follow-up.
Message frequency may vary depending on the interaction with Aldea Services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP to request assistance.
Social Security numbers, ITINs, W-2s, tax documents, bank information, and other sensitive documents must not be sent by SMS.
No sale or marketing sharing of SMS consent
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Aldea Services may provide this information to service providers, such as its SMS platform provider Nextiva, solely to operate the messaging program and subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.
Consent evidence
Aldea Services maintains consent evidence, including the consent language shown or presented at the time of opt-in, policy versions, timestamp, source URL, form name, and source interaction when available.
SMS provider
SMS delivery and STOP/HELP keyword handling for this campaign is managed through Nextiva. Aldea Services honors opt-outs before campaigns.
