Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the Aldea Services website, form submissions, and access to educational content. They do not replace service contracts, engagement letters, or client-specific terms.

Engagement

No client-professional relationship exists without written acceptance.

Payments

Commercial rules depend on the service/client and are documented separately.

Use of this website

Users may use this website to review information regarding accounting, tax, payroll, Xero, ADP, and business planning services, and to submit contact or consultation requests.

Use of the site for illegal activity, malware, abusive scraping, impersonation, spam, or submission of false or sensitive information not requested through a secure channel is prohibited.

No automatic professional advice

Website content is general information and is not tax, accounting, legal, financial, payroll, or compliance advice tailored to any user’s specific facts or circumstances.

A client-professional relationship is established only when Aldea Services accepts the service in writing and the parties agree on scope, fees, responsibilities, and applicable terms.

Covered services

The site may describe tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, Xero, ADP, business formation, IRS notices/representation, and estate or succession planning from a tax, accounting, or operational perspective.

Some topics require coordination with an attorney or other authorized professional, especially entity documents, trusts, wills, probate, Tax Court, criminal matters, worker classification, or employment disputes.

Commercial rules by service

Deposits, fees, payment deadlines, late fees, refunds, appointment cancellation, no-show, monthly service termination, and document return/deletion depend on the contracted service and should be defined in the applicable agreement or engagement letter.

If these website terms conflict with a signed service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement controls for that service unless applicable law states otherwise.

Partners, referrals, and compensation

ADP and Xero pages may let a user separately authorize Aldea Services to share information with those partners to evaluate payroll or cloud accounting services.

Aldea Services may receive compensation, credit, discount, rebate, license, or another commercial benefit if the client becomes linked to a partner program. Partner consent does not constitute SMS consent.

SMS terms

SMS consent is optional and separate. Checking the SMS checkbox authorizes operational Aldea Services messages to the number provided, according to the approved language shown before submission.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP to request assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Third-party services

The site may link, embed, or redirect to third-party services such as scheduling, payments, portal, accounting software, or payroll. Those third parties may have their own terms, policies, and settings.

Aldea Services does not control every third-party change; users should review applicable terms before using external tools.

Availability and limitation

Aldea Services endeavors to keep the website available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors, or that every item is current for each particular situation.

To the extent permitted by law, Aldea Services is not responsible for decisions made solely based on general website content without a confirmed professional engagement.

Xero

Cloud accounting setup and support; this does not create a Xero relationship without separate consent.

Business formation

May cover tax/admin support; attorney review is recommended for operating agreements, bylaws, and legal entity choices.

IRS notices/representation

May require an authorized representative; attorney review is recommended for Tax Court, litigation, or criminal exposure.

Estate/succession planning

Attorney review is recommended for wills, trusts, probate, and estate documents.
