Aldea Tax Services, Inc. (dba Aldea Services) operates SMS communications under the Aldea Services brand.

SMS communications

Providing a telephone number does not enroll a user in SMS messaging. SMS consent is optional and requires checking a separate consent box or another documented affirmative opt-in after the full SMS disclosure is presented.

When SMS consent is provided, Aldea Services may send text messages related to appointment reminders, service status updates, account notices, notifications that a secure document request is available through the Aldea Services client portal, and requested service follow-up.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP to request assistance.

Sensitive information

Social Security numbers, ITINs, W-2s, tax documents, bank information, and other sensitive documents must not be sent by SMS.

No sale or marketing sharing of SMS consent

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Aldea Services may provide this information to service providers, such as Nextiva, solely to operate the messaging program and subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.

Consent evidence

Aldea Services maintains consent evidence, including the consent language shown or presented at the time of opt-in, policy versions, timestamp, source URL, form name, and source interaction when available.

SMS provider

SMS delivery and STOP/HELP keyword handling for this campaign is managed through Nextiva. Aldea Services honors opt-outs before campaigns.
