Information we may collect

Aldea Services may collect name, email address, phone number, business information, number of employees, service interest, message content, source URL, submission timestamp, IP address, user agent, language/cookie preferences, and consent evidence when a user submits information.

The public website is not designed to receive tax return information, full or masked SSN/ITIN, tax documents, bank information, or portal credentials. Sensitive documentation should be handled only through secure channels identified by Aldea Services.

How we use information

SMS and separate consent

SMS messages, when authorized, are operational in nature: appointment reminders, service status updates, account notices, notifications that a request is available in the secure portal, and follow-up about the request. Sensitive information should not be sent by SMS.

ADP, Xero, and referrals

Aldea Services may share public form data with ADP or Xero only when the user provides separate partner consent for that purpose.

Data may be exported or prepared through CSV files or other authorized operational means. Aldea Services may receive commission, credit, discount, rebate, license, or another commercial benefit if the client becomes connected to payroll or cloud accounting partner programs.

Operational providers

Aldea Services uses providers to operate hosting, CDN/DNS, backend/database, transactional email, newsletter/CRM, scheduling, SMS, payments, portal, tax software, e-signature, storage, and support/IT.

Providers should be used for operational or service purposes, not to sell SMS opt-in data or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own promotional marketing.

Cookies, storage, and analytics

The site may use cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage for language, cookie preferences, security, admin sessions, forms, scheduling, and site measurement.

Google Analytics and marketing/remarketing technologies should activate only after the user has accepted the corresponding category. Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and chat widgets are not used in this version.
